BY LOCATION—I’m thinking about going auto electric. Plug in Electric cars (PEVs) are certainly the buzz around town. But with limited battery miles on the latest all electric models refueling stops are going to become a big part of my life. That’s akin to a Sahara Desert traveler connecting the oases dots before hopping on the camel. So far, I haven’t seen a directory of where all the electric fueling stations are located. “Sorry, I’d love to come over but you’re not near a plug. And, those 50-mile long extension cords are way too expensive.”
Thanks to this blog’s plugged-in research team, here’s a quick list of electric refueling stations that’s a mix of pay and public locations. By far, this blog list is NOT complete but with your (community) input (Thomas.Shess@gmail.com) we can improve on this by adding locations and make this a more convenient resource.
