The NCMSBL has two divisions.  National division, which is more competitive and the American division which is composed of older players or players who wish to play hardball but at a more relaxed level.

Team play begins in March, however, there are opening for players with experience or players who just want to throw the ball around and rekindle an old passion for the national pastime.

Presently, there are openings on both competitive and recreational level teams that play on Sundays.
