ARCHIVE / LIGHT SHOW / SF BAY BRIDGE 75TH ANNIVERSARY

Cities all over America are asking why can't we come up with creative events like this? And, we're
not talking about stringing lights from pole to pole.  The $8 million (from public donations) light dance will run for the next two years.  And, according to CBS News will add $100 million to the local economy via tourism during that span.

Innovator Ben Davis, SF PR/Marketing Pro

DON’T MISS TONIGHT--Ben Davis had an idea.  He wanted to do something creative to celebrate the 75th anniversary of San Francisco/Alameda Bay Bridge.  Brainstorming sessions and lots of phone calls, emails and conversations later his idea has been brought to life.  Tonight, at 8:30 pm [pacific time] The Bay Lights project will hold its grand unveiling, but to catch it go to http://thebaylights.org/view/
