Dear Reader:
For the first time since
November 14, 2011 there will be no daily post today, instead a personal note.
It’s my birthday.
Tonight, family is taking
me to Café Sevilla for an early diner in San Diego’s lively Gaslamp Quarter to
celebrate.
Then—perhaps—we’ll take in
the tonight-only Hitchcock Film Festival at the North Park Theatre. Or, over to Swoon or Heaven Sent for desserts
both on University Ave. in North Park.
