FINALLY, CONGRESS DOES SOMETHING RIGHT--After an undistinguished parade of recent failure,
Congress managed to accomplish at least one thing right this week. The Congressional Medal of Honor was bestowed
on William Swenson, a deserving Captain in the United States Army for service
above and beyond the call of duty. See
