Flip
flops abound. History is confused as
whether or not coffee is healthy to humans. For example, 17th-century women (some not all) protested drinking coffee made their men impotent.
But just as fast as the naysayers had their say world scientists developed
more in-depth studies to show drinking 3 to 5 cups of black coffee a day is
beneficial. Adding creams/sugar/sweeteners
