A hot or cold drink made from the roasted and ground seeds (coffee beans) of a tropical shrub. Coffee is the real glue that has been holding this planet together since the middle ages.

LAST WEEK’S COFFEE QUIZ ANSWER-- Founded in 1888, P. Sacarelo Ltd., is a coffee roasting family business and coffee shop/restaurant in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar. Located (above) in the Irish/Old Town part of “the rock.” Sacarelo has been run by four generations of the family of founder Bartolomeo Sacarelo. They source their coffees via direct from Federacion Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, one of the largest recognized rural ONGs in the world. Sacarello also distributes wines, cavas, Prosecco and champagne for clients and caterers as well as chocolates and specialty teas.
