American architects Kohn Pedersen Fox designed (above) the 1,640-foot-long Atlantis Royal Hotel in Dubai. The project was highlighted as part of this year’s World Architecture Festival.
Up for building of the year honors along with 225 other nominees, the Dubai hotel will learn if it grabbed the gold later this November.
Kohn Pedersen Fox is led by 34 principals and 600 staffers with offices in New York, London, San Francisco, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Seoul, Berlin and Singapore.
