Historic Mid Century Modern for sale in San Diego. Designed by architect Fred Norris (1923-2006) More images below. |
Yesterday, we received an
email with all the information you see in this blog, including the photographs
detailing a home on her roster that was designed by the late Fred Norris
(1923-2006).
Mr. Norris ran his own
architectural firm in the latter half of the 20th century. His forte was residential and commercial
projects. Much of his residential work
remains to this day in the northern side of Pacific Beach, where the house here
is located.
The three-bedroom with two
full baths was built in 1960 and Ms. Courtier lists the price at $1.075
million. The 1,500-sq.-ft. mid century
modern design sits on a 7,800 sq. ft. lot that includes a zen garden. It is about one-mile from the Pacific Ocean.
This blog has no connection with Ms. Courtier other
than her attractive packaging of a wonderful mid century home caught our eye
and we decided it would be cool to share with Pillar to Post readers.
