GUEST BLOG / By Holden DeMayo, Editor, PillartoPost.org online magazine--Yes, the headline says Taco Tuesday, but sadly this blog has led you astray.
San Diego’s 10th annual SoCal Taco Fest is actually happening Saturday, August 17 at Waterfront Park (County Admin. Bldg. 1600 Pacific Highway) from noon until 10 pm.
So, today's blog is really an early bird notice and to give you time to save up your pesos. General Admission is $49 per person and bring your ID as it’s a 21 years and older event.
Rules are rules but it has a lot going for it. It will be a busy day rain or shine. No in and out privileges to feed the parking meters and/or the tykes you left in the car.
It’s a busy event.
Click Here for a roster of activities and performers. And, an update of do’s and don’t’s.
No babies or bowsers or drones, or non cell phone cameras and OMG no selfie sticks or AK 47s.
No live boas or parrots for you attention deprived yo-yo’s.
Service dogs OK. Service Orca whales not so much.
Leave your umbrellas and lawn chairs back home at the trailer park. And, here’s the killer: no backpacks, drugs, and leave all Trump signage in Santee. Don’t shoot the messenger. And, BTW have fun.
