CHICAGO’S WRIGLEY FIELD TURNS 100

ICONIC HOME OF THE CHICAGO CUBS—On April 23, 1914, the home stadium of the Chicago Cubs was built.  The north side ball park is one of the temples of professional baseball.  It is synonymous with the windy city.  And, someday, the Cubbies will win the World Series, an accomplishment that has eluded the team since 1908.
