ARCHIVE / FREE NEIGHBORHOOD CHRISTMAS CONCERT

St. Augustine High School Holiday Concert TONIGHT
FULL ORCHESTRA—North Park’s all boys Catholic high school has been in the neighborhood since 1922.  For as long as anyone at the school can remember the school’s music department has held a free concert for the community in the gymnasium during the holidays.  There the young men dress up nicely as the St. Augustine High School concert orchestra and perform holiday music.  They’re very good musicians.

The school’s 32nd Street Jazz band also struts their holiday tunes.

Wander over and spend the time listening to Christmas music.
Concert master and Music Dept. head, Brandon Jagow (pictured conducting), will share the podium with student conductors.

The concert is tonight at 7 pm.
The Gym is located at the corner of 32nd and Palm.

Free.
