A la
Folie Café was spotted on a morning walk in Miami’s South Beach. We were in the mood for good coffee and
something light for breakfast. The small
coffee and crepes place is tucked away at the quiet end of Espanola Way. Outdoor seating is plentiful so save the
interior only if it rains.
Menu is
very French. Service is French, which
means your food will arrive after your coffee, but on the other hand they’re
not hovering to clear the table for the next customer. It’s really a sweetheart of a place.
The good
pastries are gone before noon. Yes, there’s pizza for the tourist.
Coffee
beans are LaVazza and larger sizes are served in a bowl. And, it’s OK to feed the cat if he
joins your table.
