Internet for images of Cuba—the top photo on this page popped up. It’s a 1962 image of President Kennedy and
his top aides during discussions regarding the Cuban missile crisis.

After looking
closely at the photograph our eyes focused on the gentleman seated directly behind
JFK, who was smoking a cigarette. He
looks strangely familiar but just can’t place who he is.
Could it
be actor Peter Sellers doing a Zelig (OK, that’s Woody Allen) in the famed Stanley
Kubrick 1964 satire movie “Dr. Strangelove...?”
OK, we know it's not--but it's driving us nuts, who is
that guy behind JFK? Really?
