SUNDAY REVIEW / THE FUTURE: "LOVE IS WISE, HATRED IS FOOLISH"

Words of Bertrand Arthur William Russell (1872–1970), who was a Welsh/British philosopher, logician, essayist and social critic best known for his work in mathematical logic and analytic philosophy.  Together with colleague G.E. Moore, Russell is generally recognized as one of the founders of modern analytic philosophy.  He earned a Nobel Prize in 1950.

In 1959, Russell was interviewed by John Freeman on BBC-TV’s “Face to Face” where he was asked what words of wisdom did he have for future generations.  As expected he gave an eloquent response that’s found on YouTube: Click here.
