LINKERY GONE BY MONDAY.
Blogger Troy Johnson posted yesterday that the new restaurant replacing The Linkery will be called Waypoint Public.  New "LOCAL" owners are Brian Jensen and his partners.  Jensen, who is culinary trained, is the lead owner of Bottlecraft in Little Italy and North Park.   Jensen plans on keeping what Johnson reports as “local, housemade, ethical food ethos of The Linkery.”  North Park’s OBR Architecture, who designed Bottlecraft and The Linkery has been pegged to do design.  Ahead, look for a brighter colored restaurant serving up to 300 brands of craft beer plus 50 or so on taps.   Welcome Waypoint Public.    Last day for The Linkery operation will be Monday, July 15.

Bottlecraft's North Park location, 30th & University is one block from Waypoint Public.
