San Diego Chorus presents Holiday
Show “Once Upon a Winter” WEDNESDAY, Dec. 9, 2015, 7pm at the Creative,
Performing and Media Arts School, 5050 Conrad Ave. in San Diego’s Clairemont
neighborhood.
The program of holiday favorites and
classics, performed entirely a cappella, begins at 7 p.m. and includes a guest
appearance by Eastlake High School Show Choirs, Center Stage and the Spotlight
Ladies. Refreshments, a silent auction, and opportunity raffle will be
available.
U.S. Marines will be onsite to
collect donations of new, unwrapped toys for their Toys for Tots program.
Holiday hits to be performed will
include classics and contemporary favorites like It’s Beginning to Look a Lot
Like Christmas, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Winter Wonderland, Mary Did You
Know, Angels We Have Heard on High, Little St. Nick, Merry Christmas Darling,
The Man with the Bag, Carol of the Bells, Joyful Joyful, Mele Kelikimake,
Chocolate in My Stocking, Here Comes Santa Claus, and more.
Tickets are $20 Adults, $15 Students
and Military, and children 5 and under are free.
