GREAT IDEA--Cofix sells coffee,
pastries, and other items at low fixed prices.
Coffees at Cofix units sell far cheaper than other major coffee chains. On
the business side the appeal of a Cofix unit is that the entire operation is
housed inside a modular unit. This unit
can be delivered to a retail site with far fewer tenant improvements necessary
to begin operations. In simplistic
terms: find the site and slip in the Cofix unit.

Earlier this year,
PillartoPost.org posted an item on Cofix Group Ltd., an Israeli chain of coffee
houses (Jan. 30, 2016), where it noted the amazing growth of the company since
its founding in 2013 and predicted the company opening a site in Moscow by 2017.
The
prediction came true. The first Moscow
Cofix coffee outlet opened in early October.
Presently,
Cofix has 152 sites in Israel (owned by Avi Katz).
Katz
& Co., reportedly project they will have 100 units of Cofix Coffee in place
in Russia by 2018 and 1,000 within five years.

The
Jerusalem Post says Cofix management has eyes on opening units in Great Britain
as its next market.

last January pointed out Manhattan may be a shorter term Cofix expansion
target.
