| VINFAST EV GLOBAL DEBUT AT LA AUTO SHOW |
Battery-powered cars are getting top billing at the Los Angeles Auto Show, which runs now through November 28. New names, including VinFast, a Vietnamese carmaker and Fisker unveiled autos at the LA Show. Subaru, a familiar brand in the U.S. introduced its first all-electric vehicle, a small sized SUV named Solterra.
