LAST WEEK’S COFFEE QUIZ ANSWER—Pillartopost.org got to know the Coachella desert after inheriting a manufactured home in Palm Desert CA. The home is a decent sized abode done up in mid-century modern. It’s an investment oasis as we rent it out during the winter to Canadians coming south to thaw. My big city worry was being able to find decent coffee out there where the tumbleweeds roll. At a Palm Desert, CA farmers market my worries ended after discovering a retail booth for Joshua Tree Coffee Co. [61738 TwentyNine Palms Highway, Joshua Tree CA 92252]. As long as the folks at JT Coffee keep my nearby farmers market stocked I’ll keep buying. But don’t count on me trekking up highway 62 into the heart of earthquake country.
