NEW FRIDAY MORNING LECTURE SERIES WORTH SUPPORTING



TOPIC DU JOUR: ARCHITECTURE—The Voice of San Diego has launched a new breakfast series of lectures at the Athenaeum Music and Arts Library, 1008 Wall Street, La Jolla.

Hosted by VOSD’s Scott Lewis, the first meeting will be held July 11 at 8:30 am and will feature Christine Forester.

She is a local architect, author and political activist who has held leadership roles in the Obama campaigns and now serves on the board of directors for Organizing for America (OFA).

Donation of $10 is asked.  Coffee, tea and pastries will be served.

And, read the parking signs closely as the motor scooter meter eaters are always circling.  A parking ticket is now more than $50
