LE GRAND TOUR—This year France
is sharing its beloved Tour de France bicycle race with its neighbors: England,
Belgium and Spain. After taking off from
the United Kingdom (July 5) for a 20th Grand Départ abroad, the annual Tour de
France will also go through Belgium and Spain before finishing in Paris on July
